FCM to Begin Rescuing Girls in Honduras
This newest component of Forgotten Children Ministries required renting a separate facility, raising additional funds and
hiring more staff. FCM was cleared by
INFHA, the “Honduras welfare agency” and we opened the doors of
Grace Home on January 3, 2011. As of Feb. 2011 we have 7 girls and a
staff of 7 women headed up by our girls administrator Sondra under
the direction of Luis, the head of Forgotten Children Ministries,
Honduras.
The girl’s ministry
operates as the newest addition to the ministry joining Grace Farm
and Noah’s Ark shelter for boys. Our headquarters are in
Chattanooga Tennessee and our founder/director is Stan Nowell. (To
find out more about the ministry in general including our ministry to
over 65 boys, visit www.forgottenchildrenministries.org
.
Thru the generosity of our
North American supporters, we raised over $100,000 to begin our
ministry and assist in our first year’s budget as well as equip our
home for girls with furniture, food, and clothing. We are equipped
for 10 girls.
Will you pray and consider
giving your support to assist us in the rescue of these precious
girls? Our yearly budget is projected to reach over $70,000 and it
will take continued generosity on your
part to allow us to continue in this important outreach to the
abandoned, abused and neglected girls of Honduras. Will you pray and give to help us rescue these precious girls?
